Permanent hires across Canada

Recruitment for professional, technical and leadership roles

We recruit the roles that are hard to fill with a job ad: experienced professionals, specialists and managers. You pay a percentage of the first-year base salary, only under a written agreement, and every hire has a replacement guarantee.

  • 20% of first-year salary
  • 90-day replacement guarantee

How a search works

  1. Intake call

We agree on the role, must-have skills, pay range, work arrangement and what success looks like in the first year.

  2. Search

We approach people who fit, including those who are not applying to job ads, and screen them before you see anyone.

  3. Shortlist

You get a short list of screened candidates with notes on skills, motivation, notice period and salary expectations.

  4. Interviews

We schedule interviews, collect feedback from both sides and keep the process moving.

  5. Offer and start

We check references with consent, help with the offer and stay in touch until the person starts.

  6. 90-day guarantee

If the person you hire through us leaves or is let go within 90 days of their start date, we run a replacement search for the same role at no additional fee.

What we do not recruit

Temporary, hourly and high-volume roles, such as warehouse, retail, cleaning or call-centre staff. A staffing agency that carries workers on its payroll is a better fit for those. We also do not recruit nurses or other regulated healthcare roles.

Common questions

What is the difference between a recruitment agency and a staffing agency?

A recruitment agency finds permanent employees who join your payroll, for a one-time fee. A staffing agency supplies temporary workers who stay on the agency's payroll, for an hourly markup.

Do you work on contingency or retainer?

Professional searches are usually contingency: you pay when you hire. Executive searches are usually paid in stages. The terms are in the written agreement.

Can you recruit across Canada?

Yes, outside Quebec for now. See locations.

Do your job postings follow pay transparency rules?

Yes. Postings we publish for you include what Ontario and BC require. See Ontario job posting rules.
