What we collect
When you send our form or email us, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone if given, and information about the role or HR need. When candidates contact us, we collect the information in their resume and our notes from conversations with them.
How we use it
To reply to you, provide recruitment and HR services, and keep records required by law. We share a candidate's information with an employer only with the candidate's consent. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects data such as pages visited and device type. You can block cookies in your browser.
Storage and retention
Information is stored with service providers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@hrteam.ca. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
