Simple prices, set in a written agreement before any work starts. Prices are typical for the Canadian market and quoted in CAD before tax.

The fee is a percentage of the hired person's first-year base salary, not including bonus, commission or benefits.
Example: for a role with an $80,000 base salary, a 20% fee is $16,000. For a $150,000 executive role at 25%, the fee is $37,500.
The replacement guarantee
If the person you hire through us leaves or is let go within 90 days of their start date, we run a replacement search for the same role at no additional fee.
The full guarantee terms, including any exclusions, are set out in the written agreement before the search starts.
