Managers, buyers, planners, customs
Supply chain and logistics recruitment
When supply chain goes wrong, customers notice first. We recruit the people who plan, buy and move product, and test them on the systems, volumes and carriers you actually work with.
- 20% of first-year salary
- 90-day replacement guarantee
- Across Canada

Roles we recruit
- Supply chain managers and directors
- Buyers and procurement specialists
- Demand and supply planners
- Logistics and transportation managers
- Warehouse and distribution centre managers
- Import and export coordinators
- Inventory control analysts
Why these roles are hard to fill
Systems drive the work
SAP, NetSuite, a warehouse management system or spreadsheets: the right candidate knows yours or something close to it.
Cross-border trade adds rules
Importers deal with tariff classification, CBSA requirements and customs brokers. Experience with these saves expensive mistakes.
Managers who can run a floor
Distribution centre and warehouse managers need people skills as much as process skills. We check both with references.
Shift and site constraints
Many logistics hubs sit outside city cores, near airports and highways. We are realistic about commuting.
How we screen candidates
Role intake
Volumes, SKUs, systems, carriers, import or export, team size.
Process interview
Forecasting, supplier negotiation, inventory accuracy, cost reduction with numbers.
References
Managers who can confirm results and how the person leads teams.
Shortlist with notes
Systems used, certifications such as SCMP where held, availability and salary expectations.

Prices in CAD before tax. Recruitment fees are a percentage of the hired person's first-year base salary. Exact terms are set in a written agreement before work starts.
Example: for a role with an $80,000 base salary, a 20% fee is $16,000. See pricing.
Common questions
Do you recruit warehouse workers or drivers?
No. We recruit professional and management roles. Hourly warehouse staff are better served by a staffing agency.
What designations are common in supply chain?
In Canada, the SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada is common for procurement and supply chain management. It helps but is rarely mandatory.
Can you help us plan the role first?
Yes. At intake we define what the role owns and where it sits, so you hire a planner, buyer or manager for the right reasons.
Hiring, or stuck on an HR question?
Tell us what you need. We reply by email to set up a short free call, and send a written agreement before any work starts.
