Our fee is 20% for professional and technical roles, from 25% for executives. For a role with an $80,000 base salary, a 20% fee is $16,000. **When do we pay?** Payment terms are set in a written agreement before the search starts. See [pricing](https://hrteam.ca/pricing/). **What does the replacement guarantee cover?** If the person you hire through us leaves or is let go within 90 days of their start date, we run a replacement search for the same role at no additional fee. **Do you place temporary or hourly staff?** No. We recruit permanent professional, technical and leadership roles, where a percentage-of-salary fee makes sense. **Do you work in Quebec?** Not yet.
